摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预对输卵管堵塞实施体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)患者的影响。方法:选取2016年4月-2017年2月某院生殖医学科因输卵管堵塞性不孕而接受IVF-ET患者200例,按照入选标准共筛选160例进行问卷调查,进入降调周期前填写焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)。按照入院建档时间用随机数字表法分为干预组80例和对照组80例。干预组患者进行心理干预,对照组采取常规护理,心理干预结束后再次填写SAS和SDS,比较两组患者干预前后评分的变化及两组患者的取卵数、受精率与卵裂率及临床妊娠率。结果:心理干预后,与对照组比较,干预组焦虑、抑郁评分均明显下降(P<0.05),干预组患者的临床妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预可以明显缓解患者焦虑、抑郁的不良情感,有助于提高临床妊娠率。Objective:To investigate the effects of psychological intervention on tubal occlusion in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Method:A total of 160 patients with IVF-ET were enrolled in the hospital from April 2016 to February 2017,and the self-rating scale(SAS)and self-rating scale(SDS)were used to evaluate their mental state.They were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=80)and the control group(n=80).The intervention group was responsible for the psychological intervention measures throughout the IVF-ET process,the control group was given regular care.The changes of the scores before and after treatment,the number of eggs taken,the rate of fertilization and the rate of cleavage and clinical pregnancy of two groups were compared.Result:After psychological intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of psychological intervention can significantly alleviate the patient’s anxiety and depression of negative emotions,help to improve the clinical pregnancy rate of patients,it is worth of promoting.
