摘　　要：湖北省磷矿资源丰富,以磷资源为依托的湖北磷化工产业迅速崛起,一方面推动湖北国民经济的发展,但另一方面所产生的工业固体废渣——磷石膏,带来压占土地、环境污染和磷石膏库(堆场)次生地质灾害风险等问题。磷石膏资源化利用,可减少资源的消耗,化废为宝,化害为利,形成"资源—产品—再生资源"绿色循环经济。从湖北省磷石膏区域分布、产生量及其特性,结合磷石膏资源化综合利用现状,分析综合利用存在的问题、制约因素、资源潜力,并提出对策和建议,对提升循环经济能力、促进湖北磷化产业链可持续发展、走绿色发展之路具有现实意义。Phosphorus ore mineral resources in Hubei province is rich,with the rapid rise of phosphorus chemical industry based on phosphorus resources in Hubei.On the one hand,it promotes the development of Hubei s national economy,but on the other hand,the industrial solid waste residue phosphogypsum brings about the problems of land and environmental pollution and the risk of secondary geological disasters in phosphogypsum reservoir.The resource utilization of phosphogypsum can reduce the consumption of resources,turn waste into treasure,turn damage into profit,and form a green recycling economy of“resources-products-regenerated resources”.The paper from the regional distribution,quantity and characteristics of phosphogypsum in Hubei province,combined with the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum resources,analyzes the existing problems,restrictive factors and resource potential of comprehensive utilization,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.It is of practical significance to improve the capacity of circular economy and promote the sustainable development of Hubei phosphating industrial chain and to take the road of green development.
