壮药防病香囊对气虚小鼠呼吸道sIgA及IgG分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的观察壮药防病香囊对气虚小鼠局部免疫功能的影响,探讨其预防反复呼吸道感染的部分疗效机制。方法选用SPF级昆明种小白鼠24只,体质量18~22g,雌雄兼用,随机分为空白组、模型组、香模组、香囊组,每组6只。先予壮药防病香囊连续干预4周,并于第4周开始造气虚模型,造模成功后予ELISA法检测肺泡灌洗液sIgA及IgG的浓度。结果模型组与香模组小鼠肺泡灌洗液中sIgA比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);香囊组小鼠肺泡灌洗液中sIgA显著高于空白组和模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组小鼠肺泡灌洗液中IgG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论壮药防病香囊有提高呼吸道免疫功能的作用,可用于预防小儿反复呼吸道感染。Objective To study the effect of Anti disease Sachet(a type of Zhuang medicine)on local immune function in Qi deficiency mice,and to explore its mechanism in prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 24 SPF mice of Kunming species were chosen(male and female),whose body mass was 18-22 g.They were randomly divided into four groups:blank group,model group,incense module group and sachet group,with 6 mice in each group.They were intervened by Anti disease Sachet for 4 weeks,and at the fourth week,Qi deficiency model was established;after that,ELISA was used to determine the concentration of sIgA and IgG in the alveolar lavage fluid.Results There was no statistical difference in sIgA in alveolar fluid between model group and sachet group(P>0.05).The sIgA in alveolar fluid of mice was significantly higher in sachet group than in blank group and model group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in IgG in alveolar fluid of mice among the four groups(P>0.05).ConclusionAnti disease Sachet(a type of Zhuang medicine)is effective in improving respiratory immune function,so it can be used to prevent recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.
