综合康复训练对痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿平衡功能及步态的影响

摘　　要：目的观察常规康复训练基础上给予核心稳定性训练及减重步行训练的综合康复训练对痉挛型脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)患儿平衡功能及步态的影响。方法 2013年3月至2014年3月潍坊市妇幼保健院儿童康复科收治痉挛型脑瘫患儿120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练基础上给予核心稳定性训练及减重步行训练,3个月为1个疗程。康复训练前后分别采用Berg平衡量表及足印分析法进行评估。结果治疗后两组患儿Berg平衡量表评分显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组平衡量表评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿步长、步宽和步速均显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患儿步长、步宽和步速均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规康复训练基础上给予核心稳定性训练及减重步行训练的综合康复训练对改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿的平衡功能及步态作用明显。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on balance function and gait in children with spastic cerebral palsy(CP),which is based on the routine rehabilitation training combined with the core stability training and body weight support treadmill training(BWSTT).Methods A total of 120 children with spastic cerebral palsy,who were treated in Weifang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2013 to March 2014,were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 in each group.Both groups received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received core stability training and BWSTT,3 months for 1 course.Before and after rehabilitation training,Berg balance scale and footprint analysis were used to evaluate.Results After treatment the Berg Balance scale score was higher than that before treatment(P<0 05),and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0 05).The step length,width and speed of the two groups were better after treatment than before(P<0.05);after treatment,they were better in observation than in control group(P<0 05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation training based on routine rehabilitation training combined with core stability training and BWSTT is beneficial to improving balance function and gait in children with spastic cerebral palsy.
