摘　　要：目的构建胸腹腔镜食管癌根治术患者护理敏感指标体系。方法根据前期文献回顾、临床调研结果,采用研究小组讨论、德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法,筛选并确立评价指标,采用层次分析法确定考评指标的权重。结果最终构建了包括3项一级指标,9项二级指标和47项三级指标的胸腹腔镜食管癌根治术患者护理敏感指标体系。结论本研究构建的胸腹腔镜食管癌根治术患者护理敏感指标体系具有较好的科学性、可靠性和实用性,可作为患者结局及量化护理服务效果的评价工具。Objective To develop a nursing sensitive indicator system for patients after thoracoscopic and laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods With group discussion and Delphi method,the evaluation indexes were identified after literature review and clinical investigation and evaluation index weights were determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results The sensitive indicator system of thoracoscopic and laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer consisted of 3 first-level,9 second-level and 47 third-level indicators.Conclusion The nursing sensitive index system of thoracic laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer is scientific and reliable,and can be used as the evaluation tool of patients’outcomes and nursing quality.
