摘  要:文章通过改变JF-1000泥浆泵齿轮材料和工艺,达到1300HP工作要求;对1000HP泥浆泵泵体与各部件按照1300HP工况下对其施加载荷进行有限元分析,根据有限元分析结果,对泵体和连杆进行了结构优化设计,使得JF-1000型泥浆泵能够满足1300HP的使用条件,实现了泥浆泵轻量化、大功率、可靠的设计要求。By changing gear material and process of JF-1000 type mud pump,it reaches 1300HP working requirements;according to the working condition of 1300HP,the load is applied to it,and the finite element analysis of its pump body and components is carried out,the structure of pump body and connecting rod is optimized.And so the JF-1000 type mud pump can meet the requirements of 1300HP,the design requirements of lightweight,high power and reliable are realized.
