摘　　要：在群众眼中,法官是法律的化身,是公平正义的代表,为了树立良好的司法职业形象,规范法官基本行为,各国都对法官行为作出要求。但因每个国家的经济、历史、文化等不同,各国的法官行为规范也不尽相同且各有千秋。比较研究各国法官行为规范,不仅有利于了解法官这一职业的共性,同时也有利于了解本国的法官行为规范特色,同时结合我国具体司法现状,借鉴他国有益做法,完善我国的《法官行为规范》。In the eyes of the mass,the judge is the embodiment of the law,is the representative of fairness and justice.In order to establish a good judicial professional image,to standardize the behavior of judges becomes a common request in all countries.However,due to the different economy,history and culture,the judge's behaviors are not the same obviously.It is not only beneficial to us to understand the commonality of judges’professionalism,but also to understand the characteristics of judges’behavior in China.At the same time,we would learn from the practices of other countries to improve the judges’cod of conducts in China.
