退役运动员安置现状与职业意识培养

摘　　要：随着大批职业运动员的退役,运动员的安置问题格外突出。由于大部分退役运动员需要转业,从事各种不同的职业,因此在安置过程中出现了不服从安排、职业技能不足以及自我定位错误等问题。文章结合浙江省退役运动员安置现状调查的数据,从职业意识培养的重要性和培养方法两方面出发,探讨解决问题的可行性。In recent years,a lot of athletes have been retired and the issues of settlement of athletes are serious.During the process of settlement,many problems such as disagreement of the job arrangement,lack of professional skill and wrong self-positioning etc.exist.Therefore,the ex-service athletes have to face job change and work on different positions.In the article,based on the data obtained from the investigation of retired athletes’settlement in Zhejiang province,the viable solutions were discussed and the relative suggestions were given from two aspects that include importance and ways of career consciousness.
