基于中医特色的健康管理模式对原发性高血压的干预效果

摘　　要：目的评价以中医为主的综合健康管理模式在干预原发性高血压的应用效果。方法将120例原发性高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组予降压药治疗及常规健康管理,观察组在对照组基础上进行中医综合干预,干预前后分别用健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP)、中医症状分级量化积分表和世界卫生组织生活质量评定表(WHO-QOL)进行测评,比较两组患者在健康生活方式、血压控制、临床症状、生活质量方面的变化情况。结果两组患者血压、HPLP评分、中医症状分级量化积分和WHO-QOL总分与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且干预后观察组与对照组比较,亦均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论基于中医特色的综合健康管理模式可显著提高患者对高血压防治的主动性和依从性,有助于血压的长期管控,在辅助降压、减轻高血压患者的临床症状以及提高生活质量方面更具优势。Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medical(TCM)-based comprehensive management on the intervention of primary hypertension.Methods A total of 120 patients with primary hypertension were randomly assigned to cases group and controls group with a1:1 ratio.Patients in the controls group were received anti-hypertensive drugs and routine care,and those in the cases group were further received syndrome differentiation,exercise guidance,emotional regulation,massage and acupoint percussion,taping pricking,ear acupoint massage and foot bath with herbs.WHO-QOL questionnaire was used to compare clinical symptoms,blood pressure control,quality of life between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in blood pressure,HPLP scores,TCM symptom classification quantization scale and WHO-QOL scores between before and after the intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01);also between in cases group and controls group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion TCM-based comprehensive management can improve the motivation and compliance in the patients with primary hypertension,and also improve the long-term blood control,clinical syndrome and quality of life.
