论我国警察执法权益的法律保障

摘　　要：近年来,随着社会变革节奏的不断加快,警察的执法环境发生深刻变化。公安民警遭受暴力抗法、诬告陷害、恶意投诉、网络侵权等问题越来越突出,其执法权益和个人权利都面临严峻挑战。警察流血又流泪的现象层出不穷。如果警察的合法权益得不到应有的保障,那必将阻碍我国法治化的进程。如何利用法律切实维护警察执法权益已成为社会和法学界关注的热点问题,更是各级公安民警期盼解决的紧迫课题。In recent years,with the rapid pace of social change,the law enforcement environment of the police has undergone profound changes.Public security police have been subjected to violent anti-law,false accusation,malicious complaints,network torts,etc.Law enforcement rights and personal rights of the police face serious challenges.The police are bleeding and crying.If the legitimate rights and interests of the police are not guaranteed,it will hinder the process of rule of law in our country.How to make use of the law to safeguard the law enforcement rights and interests of the police is a hot issue that the society and the legal circles pay close attention to,and it is also an urgent task for the police at all levels to criticallys.
