摘　　要：精准扶贫是中国政府为了改善中国贫富差距,提高中国贫困地区人们生活水平,努力构建一个不断和谐发展的中国必须经历的过程。精准扶贫在中国经历多年的发展,在不断的演进中,逐渐完善,部分贫困地区脱贫成效显著。文章选择四川省平武县白马乡作为研究对象,对白马乡精准扶贫的情况和成果进行梳理和总结,从白马乡扶贫背景、动因等角度出发,分析在白马乡精准扶贫中各方所做出的不同努力,总结其中对其他地区精准扶贫工作同样具有参考意义的成功路径,以此来促进其他地区精准扶贫事业的发展。Targeted poverty alleviation Chinese government in order to improve the gap between the rich and the poor China,improve the living standards of the people in poor areas China,efforts to build a continuous process of harmonious development of the new Chinese must experience.Targeted poverty alleviation in China has experienced many years of development,in the continuous evolution,gradually improved,part of the poor areas of poverty reduction results remarkable.This paper chooses Baima Township of Pingwu County,Sichuan Province as the research object,combs and summarizes the situation and achievements of precision poverty alleviation in Paima Township,and sets out from the perspective of background and motivation of poverty alleviation in Baima Township.Through the analysis of the different efforts made by various parties in the precision poverty alleviation in Baima Township,The successful path of targeted poverty alleviation in other regions is also helpful to promote the development of targeted poverty alleviation in other regions.
