乳酸菌国家检验标准的更新

摘　　要：GB4789.35-2016版乳酸菌检验的国家标准于2017年更新实施,将原来的GB4789.35-2010版替代为GB4789.35-2016版。其中更改了大部分内容,特别是乳酸菌计数的改变尤为巨大。结合检测的样品实验数据,比较分析这次国家标准更新表现在检测中现象观察和结果数据的不同,谈谈个人对最新的国家标准检测乳酸菌实验过程的一些看法。同时,针对国家标准中选做部分——乳酸菌鉴定,提出个人意见。The test of lactic acid bacteria national standards updated in 2017,the original GB4789.35-2010 version have been replaced by GB4789.35-2016 edition.A lot of content has been changed,especially the change of lactic acid bacteria counting.After compared analysis of the original national standard with the new edition,combine with the test samples experimental results data in the detection of different performance,I would like to talk about my personal opinion on the latest national standards on testing the experimental process about lactic acid bacteria.At the same time,I would like to give out some thought on the last part of national standard:identification of lactic acid bacteria.
