摘　　要：军队思想政治建设是军队建设的"魂"和"纲",是必须摆在首位并常抓不懈的工作。在当前军民融合发展广泛推进的背景下,推动军队思想政治建设军民融合发展,需要在"统"字上下功夫,在"融"字上做文章,在"新"字上求突破,在"深"字上见实效。The political and ideological construction of the army is the core and key link of the overall army construction,which should be put in the first place and implemented unremittingly.In the situation that civil-military integration is being implemented widely and comprehensively,the army's political and ideological construction,in terms of civil-military integration,should be more comprehensive,more integrated,innovative,profound and more effective.
