摘　　要：介绍了激光器的模式结构以及激光模式产生的原理,并对共焦球面扫描干涉仪的基本原理及在本实验中的关键作用进行了介绍。通过实验测量和数据处理,得出激光器的纵模频率间隔和横模频率间隔,同时也得到了共焦球面扫描干涉仪的自由光谱区范围、仪器带宽和精细常数等性能指标。It introduces the structure of laser mode and the principle of laser mode generation,and introduces the basic principle of confocal spherical scanning interferometer and its key function in this experiment.Through the experimental measurement and data processing,this paper has obtained the laser longitudinal mode frequency interval and transverse mode frequency interval.In this paper,the free spectrum range,bandwidth and fine constant of confocal spherical scanning interferometer are also obtained.The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical values.
