摘 要:为明确不同复方基质对蔓性千斤拔幼苗的生长影响效应,本研究以甘蔗渣作为基质配方的主要原料,研究比较了不同复方基质在其幼苗生长指标上的差异,结果表明,不同复方基质处理对蔓性千斤拔幼苗的株高、主根长和一级侧根数,单株干物重和根冠比均有显著的影响,但在叶片数上不同处理间无显著差异,其中M5(甘蔗渣∶珍珠岩∶河沙∶蛭石∶泥炭土=5∶1.5∶1∶1∶1.5)处理在幼苗个体形态指标上表现出较显著的比较优势,其株高、主根长和一级侧根数与CK间均无显著差异,其叶片数和单株干物重比CK分别降低了7.77%和15.90%,但其根冠比比CK显著增加了28.80%;其次为M1(甘蔗渣∶珍珠岩∶炉渣∶花生壳∶泥炭土=4∶1∶1.5∶1∶2.5)和M4(甘蔗渣∶珍珠岩∶炉渣∶花生壳∶泥炭土=5∶1∶1.5∶1.5∶1)两处理,与CK相比较,根冠比分别显著增加了23.30%和16.60%;其主根长和单株干物重与CK均间均无显著差异;但在其株高、叶片数和一级侧根数均表现较显著的负效应;表现较差为M2(甘蔗渣∶珍珠岩∶炉渣∶花生壳∶泥炭土=4∶1.5∶1∶1.5∶2)和M3(甘蔗渣∶珍珠岩∶河沙∶泥炭土=5∶1∶1∶3)两配方处理.The sugarcane bagasse was used as the main component to study the effect of different compound matrixes on the growth characteristics of flemingia philippinensis seedlings.The results showed as follows:the plant height,the length of main root,the number of the first lateral root,each dry plant weight and the ratio of root to shoot were significantly influenced,however,the number of leaves was hardly influenced.M5 treatment(sugarcane bagasse∶perlite∶river sand∶vermiculite∶peat soil=5∶1.5∶1∶1∶1.5)had greater effect on individual morphological indexes of seedlings:the plant height,the length of main root,the number of the first lateral root were almost the same with those in the period of CK,but the number of leaves and each dry plant weight decreased by 7.77%and 15.9%,and the ratio of root to shoot increased by 28.80%;under the treatment of M1(sugarcane bagasse∶perlite∶slag∶peanut shell∶peat soil=4∶1∶1.5∶1∶2.5)and M4(sugarcane bagasse∶perlite∶slag∶peanut shell∶peat soil=5∶1.5∶1.5∶1∶1),the ratio of root to shoot increased by 23.30%and 16.00%respectively,but the length of main root,each dry plant weight were almost the same with those in the period of CK,and the plant height,the number of leaves,together with the number of the first lateral root were influenced negatively.The effect of M2(sugarcane bagasse∶perlite∶slag∶peanut shell∶peat soil=4∶1.5∶1∶1.5∶2)and M3(sugarcane bagasse∶perlite∶river sand∶peat soil=5∶1∶1∶3)treatments were not so good.
