摘　　要：目的:观察强直性脊椎炎髋关节晚期病变行全髋关节置换术的临床治疗效果。方法:选取本院外科2015年1月-2017年6月收治的55例强直性脊椎炎髋关节晚期病变患者作为研究对象。所有患者均采用全髋关节置换术治疗,比较患者手术治疗前后髋关节功能评分评估临床治疗效果,患者治疗前后疼痛变化情况及有无并发症出现。结果:55例患者治愈33例,显效16例,有效5例,无效1例,治疗总有效率为98.18%(54/55)。治疗后患者的Harris单项评分及总分显著高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对强直性脊椎炎髋关节晚期病变患者临床实施全髋关节置换术治疗,术后髋关节功能得到显著改善,减轻患者的疼痛,无并发症发生,临床应用前景广泛。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis hip advanced lesions underwent total hip replacement.Method:55 cases of ankylosing spondylitis with advanced hip joint lesions in our hospital were selected as the objects from January 2015 to June 2017.All patients were treated with total hip replacement surgery treatment,the clinical treatment effect before and after the treatment of hip joint function score,pain changes before and after treatment in patients with and without complications were compared.Result:55 cases were cured in 33 cases,markedly effective in 16 cases,effective in 5 cases,1 case,the total effective rate was 98.18%(54/55).The Harris single score and total score of the patients after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The pain was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of total hip replacement in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis hip joint lesions in patients with clinical stage,significantly improve the hip joint function after operation,reduce the pain of patients,no complications,wide clinical application prospects.
