血液滤过应用于糖尿病乳酸酸中毒治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究与分析血液滤过应用于糖尿病乳酸酸中毒治疗的效果。方法:选取本院2014年6月-2017年5月收治的糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者90例为对象进行研究,根据不同治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采取常规治疗方案,观察组采取血液滤过治疗方案。观察对比两组治疗前后血p H值、血乳酸水平变化以及治疗总有效率。结果:两组治疗前血p H值、血乳酸水平对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而观察组治疗后血p H值、血乳酸水平与对照组对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(42/45),明显高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者采用血液滤过治疗的效果非常显著,可降低患者血乳酸水平,改善其各种临床症状,因此值得应用推广。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of hemofiltration in the treatment of diabetic lactic acidosis.Method:A total of 90 patients with diabetic lactic acidosis admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to May 2017 were enrolled in this study,according to different treatment regimens,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was taken conventional treatment programs,the observation group was taken hemofiltration therapy.The levels of blood pH,blood lactic acid in the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared,and the total effective rate was compared.Result:There were no significant differences in blood pH and blood lactate between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of blood pH and blood lactate after treatment in the observation group were compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(42/45),which was significantly higher than 77.78%(35/45)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hemofiltration in patients with lactic acidosis of diabetes is very significant,which can significantly reduce the level of blood lactic acid and improve their various clinical symptoms,so it is worthy of application.
