破格救心汤治疗难治性心衰的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究破格救心汤治疗难治性心衰的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2014年1月~2016年2月收治的237例难治性心衰患者临床资料,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组(45例)与治疗组(46例)。对照组接受西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上施用破格救心汤。比较两组心功能等级变化情况、中医症候积分、临床疗效。结果:治疗组心功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医症候积分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:西药治疗基础上施用破格救心汤治疗难治性心衰效果确切,中西医结合有利于难治性心衰症状改善,值得推荐使用。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Poge Jiuxin Decoction in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods:The clinical data of 237 cases of patients with refractory heart failure in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group and the therapy group according to the different treatment options.The control group received western medicine treatment,the therapy group received Poge Jiuxin Decoction on the basis of Western medicine.The change of cardiac function grade,TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The therapy group's heart function recovery was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The therapy group's TCM symptom scores was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the therapy group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Poge Jiuxin Decoction conducted on the basis of Western Medicine treatment shows definite effect in refractory congestive heart failure.Combination of TCM medicine and Western medicine is beneficial to the improvement of symptoms of refractory heart failure,and is worthy of recommendation for application.
