摘  要:总结了近年来我国雪花牛肉评级出现的新技术,分别从图像信息获取、参数提取模型建立、人造雪花牛肉的鉴别3个方面介绍了分级技术上取得的新进展,并重点介绍了应用性强的技术方法及已研制成功的分级设备。该研究对促进雪花牛肉分级技术的发展,制定更为客观科学操作性强的分级标准,提高我国雪花牛肉在国际上的竞争力具有积极意义。The new technologies of snowflake beef grading in China in recent years are summarized,From the 3 aspects of image information acquisition,parameter extraction model establishment and artificial snowflake beef identification,the new progress made in snowflake beef grading technology is introduced.The application of strong technical methods and the developed classification equipment are mainly introduced.It is of positive significance for improving the competitiveness of snowflake beef in the world,and promoting the development of snowflake beef grading technology and establishing a more objective and scientific grading standard.
