摘 要:利用北京市自动站观测资料以及北京市海淀国家气象观测站中常规及非常规观测资料,从区级气象台开展预报预警服务工作的的角度,对2016年6月10日的一次强对流风雹天气进行分析。结果表明,此次冰雹强对流过程是受高空低涡低槽以及地面冷锋的配合下,由地面辐合线和高温高湿热力不稳定等触发的。综合分析全市范围地面常规要素分布发现,复杂下垫面产生的热力和动力作用为对流发展加强提供一系列触发机制,对于出现高温高湿以及辐合线、辐合涡旋等特征,应引起高度关注。综合气压、温度、风速、水平能见度等多个本地常规观测要素的变化来看,对于系统尚未影响当地时,气压在降雨提前30 min开始出现下降趋势是最先可识别的。风廓线雷达中水平风场和大气折射率结构常数分布变化相比较常规地面自动站资料对于强对流天气特征的识别和预判更为显著。Using the observation data of Beijing automatic station and the conventional and unconventional observation data of Haidian National Meteorological Observatory in Beijing,from the perspective of forecasting and warning service of regional meteorological stations,a severe convective hail weather on June 10,2016 was analyzed.The results showed that the haze strong convection process was triggered by the combination of high-altitude and low-vortex,low trough and ground cold front,which was caused by the ground convergence lines and high temperature and high humidity heat instability.A comprehensive analysis of the distribution of ground conventional elements in city's range found that the thermal and dynamical effects of complex underlying surfaces provided a series of triggering mechanisms for the enhancement of convective development.For the emergence of high temperature and high humidity,convergence line,convergent vortex and other features,should cause great concern.Comprehensive air pressure,temperature,wind speed,horizontal visibility and other local routine observation of changes in factors,for the system had not affected the local,the pressure began to decline 30 min before the rain began to decline was the first recognized.Distribution changes of horizontal wind field and atmospheric refractive index structure constant in wind profile radar compared to conventional ground automatic station data for the identification and prediction of the strong convection weather characteristics was more significant.
