摘　　要：选取南京市江宁区的时间农场、浦口区的花旗农场和新民农场为案例区,从成本与收益的角度分析以上3个农场的市场生存能力;结合南京市发展现状与规划以及3个农场的生存障碍,重点阐释南京市生态型农场和生产型农场的生存现状和未来方向,为今后南京市相关行业和政府机构提供合理性建议。Selecting Shijian Farm in Jiangning District,Huaqi Farm and Xinmin Farm in Pukou District in Nanjing as cases,their market viability were analyzed by means of cost-benefits method.Combined with the development status and planning of Nanjing City,as well as their living obstacles,current situations and developmental directions in future of the ecological farm and productive farm were elabarated to provide beneficial reference for relevant fields and the government organization.
