摘　　要：目的:探讨1 470nm半导体激光汽化术与经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后的炎症及应激反应程度差异。结果:选择在本院接受手术治疗的220例前列腺增生患者,回顾治疗方案并将其分为接受TURP治疗的TURP组130例、接受1 470nm半导体激光汽化术治疗的激光组90例。对比两组患者术前及术后24h时血清中炎症介质、应激激素含量的差异。结果:术前,两组血清中炎症介质、应激激素含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后24h,激光组血清中炎症介质IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6、IL-4、IL-10、IL-13的含量低于TURP组;血清中应激激素Cor、NE、E的含量低于TURP组。结论:前列腺增生患者接受1 470nm半导体激光汽化术治疗,较TURP所致炎症及应激反应轻,具有微创优势。Objective:To investigate the differences in inflammatory response and stress response after 1470nm semiconductor laser vaporization and transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Results:220 patients with prostatic hyperplasia who underwent surgical treatment in Handan Central Hospital between January 2016 and May 2017 were reviewed and divided into the TURP group(n=130)who received TURP therapy and laser group(n=90)who received who received 1470nm semiconductor laser vaporization.The differences in serum levels of inflammatory mediators and stress hormones were compared between the two groups before operation and 24h after operation.Results:Before operation,there was no statistically significant difference in serum levels of inflammatory mediators and stress hormones between the two groups(P>0.05).24h after operation,serum inflammatory mediators IL 1β,IL 2,IL 6,IL 4,IL 10 and IL 13 levels were lower than those of TURP group;serum stress hormones Cor,NE and E levels were lower than those of TURP group.Conclusion:1470nm semiconductor laser vaporization for patients with prostatic hyperplasia causes less inflammatory response and stress response than TURP,and is minimally invasive.
