摘　　要：采用把数学问题转换到DNA链上的算法,对给定图G中的每条边进行编码,利用链置换技术及相应的生物操作把最终链分离,给出基于链置换最大匹配的计算方式.提出的算法有效可行.The algorithm of transforming mathematical problem to DNA chain is used to encode each edge in a given graph G.By using chain replacement technology and corresponding biological operations,the final chain is separated,and the maximum matching algorithm based on chain replacement is given.The algorithm is effective and feasible.
