运用ABC分类法提高卷接包车间设备维护水平

摘　　要：为解决卷接包车间设备维护费用高、拆卸零备件分类不明确、管理不规范、修复等问题,运用ABC分类法、PDCA、防差错等技术,从拆卸零备件分类入手,运用ABC分类的方法逐步实现零备件的分类;运用PDCA原则强化拆卸零备件分类精细化管理;为预防拆卸零备件分类过程中出现差错,运用防差错方法加强了分类防差错能力。通过实践验证表明,该方法实现了零备件修复管理的规范化,提高了维修工对零备件的修复管理水平和有效利用率,降低了设备维护费用。This paper uses ABC classification,PDCA and anti-error method to solve high maintenance cost,unclear classification of take-down parts,non-standard of part classification management and repairing,etc.existing in the cigarette factory.Starting with the classification of take-down parts,it uses ABC classification method to classify spare parts,uses PDCA principles to strengthen the fine management of the part classification,uses the anti-error method to enhance the capacity of preventing the classification errors.The result shows that this method can be used to realize the standardization of repair part management,improve the repair level,promote the effective utilization rate and reduce the maintenance cost.
