摘  要:为了有效地检测架空输电线路压缩型耐张线夹压接质量、明确判断压接缺陷类型,采用X射线无损探伤技术对线夹进行检测,通过对不同电压等级输电线路的300根耐张线夹进行实地检测,对线夹X光片进行归纳分析,发现线夹存在工艺性和功能性两类缺陷。前者包括钢芯鼓肚、钢锚管变形、钢锚管存在毛刺,后者包括钢锚管处铝管空压、钢锚凹槽处铝管欠压、钢锚处铝管压接错位。通过对不同缺陷种类的出现频次进行统计,发现钢锚凹槽处铝管欠压缺陷占比较多,达23%左右。最后提出相应的避免措施与补救建议,为后续输电线路施工、线夹质量检测等提供理论和实践依据。In order to effectively detect the crimping process of compression-type strain clamps in overhead transmission line,and to determine the type of crimping defects,X-ray detection technology is used to check the clamps.Through the field testing of 300 strain clamps of different voltage grade transmission line,the X-ray film is analyzed and found that there are two kinds of defects in process and function.The former includes:steel core drum belly,steel anchor pipe deformation,steel anchor pipe burr,the later includes:aluminum tube air pressure at the steel anchor pipe,aluminum tube under pressure at the steel anchor groove,aluminum tube crusher dislocation at the steel anchor.Through the statistics of the frequency of occurrence of different defects,it is found that the defects of aluminum tube under pressure at the steel anchor groove are more than 23%.This paper puts forward corresponding avoidance measures and remedial suggestions,which provides theoretical and practical basis for transmission line construction and strain clamp detection.
