益气活血补肾方联合硝苯地平对高血压肾病所致肾衰患者尿蛋白、Scr、BUN及临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究益气活血补肾方联合硝苯地平对高血压肾病所致肾衰患者尿蛋白、Scr、BUN及临床疗效的影响。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年5月本院肾内科收治的高血压肾病所致肾衰患者80例,按照随机数字表法均分为对照组及研究组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予硝苯地平治疗,在此基础上研究组患者给予益气活血补肾方治疗,经治疗3个月后,比较两组患者肾功能改善情况及临床疗效。结果:经治疗后,两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压肾病所致肾衰患者采用益气活血补肾方联合硝苯地平治疗可有效改善患者肾功能,临床疗效显著,值得推广采用。Objective:To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Bushen Decoction combined with Nifedipine on urinary protein,Scr,BUN and clinical efficacy in patients with renal failure caused by hypertensive nephropathy.Method:80 patients with renal failure caused by hypertensive nephropathy were selected,they were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Nifedipine.On the basis of this,the patients in the study group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Bushen Decoction.After 3 months of treatment,the renal function and the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the 24 h urinary protein quantitation,serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group of those were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Bushen Decoction combined with Nifedipine can improve the renal function of patients with renal failure caused by hypertensive nephropathy.The clinical curative effect is remarkable and it is worthy to be popularized.
