摘 要:组织工程肌腱作为肌腱损伤修复的重要方法,已成为研究热点。本文以"组织工程肌腱、种子细胞、支架材料、生长因子"为主题词,检索CNKI的相关文献。纳入具有原创性、论点论据可靠的实验文章,排除重复性研究,选择符合标准的40篇文献进行分析。对种子细胞的种类、支架材料的选择以及诱导肌腱形成因素进行阐述,促进每个关键点的优化,以利于组织工程肌腱的成熟构建。Tissue engineered tendon has become a key approach to repair tendon injury.Consequently,the study on it is gaining more and more popularity.“Tissue engineered tendon,seed cell,scaffold material,growth factor”are inputted as the Chinese search words in CNKI to retrieve relevant literature.On this basis,the original experimental articles,in which the arguments and opinions are reliable,that can be further analyzed amounts to 40.Surely,this number excludes the overlapping ones.Based on the types of seed cells,the selection of scaffold materials,as well as the elaboration to the factors that induce the forming of tendons,this research aims at promoting the optimization of each key point,which is conducive to the mature building of the tissue engineered tendons.
