摘　　要：目的:比较微创钢板内固定(MIPPO)联合锁定钢板(LCP)内固定与传统切开复位内固定治疗胫腓骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年1月-2015年5月本院收治的60例胫腓骨远端骨折患者,采用随机数字表法将其均分为A组和B组,A组采用MIPPO联合LCP手术治疗,B组采用传统切开复位内固定术治疗。比较两组患者的手术切口长度、术中出血量、术后切口感染率以及术后12个月的钢板松动情况,采用Johner-Wruhs评分对两组患者优良率进行评价。结果:A组手术切口长度、术中出血量、术后切口感染率、术后12个月钢板松动情况以及Johner-Wruhs评分优良率均优于B组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MIPPO联合LCP治疗胫腓骨远端骨折的切口小、出血少、术后恢复快、不良反应发生少,较传统切开复位内固定具有更大的优势。Objective:To compare the clinical effect of minimally invasive plate internal fixation(MIPPO)combined with locking plate(LCP)internal fixation and traditional open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fractures.Method:From January 2013 to May 2015 treated in our hospital 100 distal tibial fracture patients were selected,using the random number table method they were divided into group A and group B,group A was given MIPPO combined with LCP,group B was given traditional open reduction and internal fixation.The length of incision,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative incision infection rate,and postoperative 12 months plate loosening of two groups were compared.Johner-Wruhs score was used to evaluate the excellent rate of two groups.Result:The length of incision,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative incision infection rate,postoperative 12 months plate loosening and the excellent and good rate of Johner-Wruhs score of group A were better than those of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIPPO combined with LCP in the treatment of distal tibial fractures has less incision,less bleeding,faster postoperative recovery,less adverse reactions,more advantages than traditional open reduction and internal fixation.
