针刺阿是穴配合颈肩部推拿治疗中青年颈型颈椎病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析针刺阿是穴配合颈肩部推拿治疗中青年颈型颈椎病临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院2015年4月-2016年9月收治的82例中青年颈型颈椎病患者的临床资料,根据不同的治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组患者通过常规穴位,进行普通针刺治疗,观察组患者选取若干个敏感的阿是穴进行傍针刺法,两组患者接入频率均为100 Hz连续波,治疗5次,隔日一次。评定分析两组患者治疗前后的颈椎功能及疼痛评分情况。结果:两组治疗前颈椎病疗效标准评分值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后第1、3、5次评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组评分降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组PRI、VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后PRI、VAS评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组PRI、VAS评分降低程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率95.12%明显高于对照组的73.17%(χ~2=7.405,P=0.007)。结论:相比常规选穴治疗中青年颈型颈椎病,采取针刺阿是穴配合颈肩部推拿治疗的临床疗效显著,且具有一定的积极治疗意义,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Acupuncture Ashi combined with neck and shoulder massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of young and middle-aged type.Method:The clinical data of 82 young and middle-aged patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from April 2015 to September 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,41 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by conventional acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture treatment,the patients in the observation group were treated by selected for needling Ashi sensitive method.The access frequencies of two groups were 100 Hz continuous wave for 5 times and once every two days.The cervical spine function and pain score of two groups before and after treatment were evaluated and analyzed.Result:The effect standard score showed no significant difference between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores at the first,third and fifth times in two groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,PRI and VAS scores were no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PRI and VAS scores in two groups were significantly lower than that of before treatment(P<0.05),and the decreased degree of PRI and VAS score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.405,P=0.007).Conclusion:Compared with conventional acupoint treating,the clinical curative effect of acupuncture Ashi combined with neck and shoulder massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of young and middle-aged type is significant,which has certa
