伙伴特性、伙伴关系与协同创新绩效——基于“2011协同创新中心”的实证研究

摘　　要：本文以教育部认定的协同创新中心为研究对象,探索其伙伴特性、伙伴关系对协同创新绩效的影响,并分析协同机制、政府支持对其的调节作用。研究结果表明:伙伴特性、伙伴关系正向影响协同创新绩效,协同机制正向调节伙伴关系对协同创新绩效的影响效应,但对伙伴特性与协同创新绩效间关系的调节效应不显著;政府支持正向调节伙伴特性以及伙伴关系对协同创新绩效的影响效应。On the basis of the collaborative innovation centers of recognized by the Ministry of Education,this paper discusses the effect of partner characteristics and partner relationships on synergic innovation performance.And then it analyzes the moderating effect of synergic mechanism and government support on the peifoimance.The results show that:there is positive effects of partner characteristics and partner relationships on synergic innovation performance;synergic mechanism plays positive moderating role between partner relationships and synergic innovation performance,but plays non-significant moderating role between partner characteristics and synergic innovation performance;government supports play positive moderating role in the effect of partner characteristics and partner relationships on synergic innovation performance.
