摘 要:为探索杨树带菌苗木与溃疡病之间的相关性,本文通过对莱芜市杨庄镇、羊里镇、牛泉镇、大王镇、口镇、方下镇等杨树病害统计调查,结合室内和田间诱发造林定植试验,结果表明:春季定植后杨溃疡病的暴发流行,主要来源于苗木带菌,不同苗源的苗木生长状况及带菌量不同,定植后发病与危害程度有较大差异,杨树苗圃周围发病大树多,杨苗带菌率高,定植后发病重。彻底清除苗圃周围病源,减少苗木带菌数量,苗期和栽前集中喷药预防,是控制该病的重要环节。To explore the relationship between poplar seedlings with bacteria and the occurrence of canker,this paper investigated and count diseased poplars from Yangzhuang town,Yangli town,Niuquan town,Dawang town,Kouzhen,Fangxia town etc,combing with planting test indoor and field.The results showed that outbreak of poplar canker after planting in spring mainly stemmed from seedling borne bacteria,the growth status and the quantity of bacteria carried by different seedling sources were different,the incidence and harm degree of colonization were different,there were many trees were influenced around poplar nursery.The rate of carrier of poplar seedlings was high and the incidence was heavy after planting,the key to control the disease was to eliminate the pathogens around the nursery,reduce the number of seedlings,and prevent the disease in the seedling stage and before the planting.
