摘 要:采用微波、微波-高锰酸钾耦合工艺对城市剩余活性污泥进行调理。结果表明:(1)微波辐射改善污泥脱水性能的适宜时间为100s,此时污泥比阻(SRF)降至4.49×10^(12) m/kg,较初始值减小63.79%,污泥破解度为2.97%,上清液中胞外聚合物(EPS)为236.11mg/L。(2)微波-高锰酸钾耦合工艺能有效破解污泥,但不利于污泥脱水;污泥破解的适宜高锰酸钾投量为100mg/g(以单位质量总固体计),此时污泥破解度为40.47%,上清液中EPS为542.83mg/L。(3)污泥经微波-高锰酸钾耦合调理后,30d累计产气量为284mL,较未处理污泥和微波辐射调理污泥分别高20.85%和14.06%。Microwave and its combination with potassium permanganate were used to condition excess activated sludge.The experimental results were illustrated as follows:(1)the optimal time of microwave irradiation for enhancing sludge dewaterability was 100 s.At the optimal time,the specific resistance to filtration(SRF)was 4.49×10 12 m/kg with the reduction of 63.79%;sludge disintegration degree and the concentration of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)in the supernatant were 2.97%and 236.11 mg/L,respectively.(2)Microwave combined with potassium permanganate could disintegrate sludge efficiently but had a negative effect on sludge dewaterability.The optimal dosage of potassium permanganate for sludge disintegration was 100 mg/g total solids(TS),under which sludge disintegration degree and EPS concentration in the supernatant were 40.47%and 542.83 mg/L,respectively.(3)After sludge was treated by microwave combined with potassium permanganate,the cumulative biogas production within 30 d was 284 mL,which increased by 20.85%and 14.06%,respectively,compared to those of raw sludge and sludge treated by microwave irradiation.
