摘 要:蓄压器刹车是民用运输机在主液压系统失效以后唯一的刹车形式,为保证飞机着陆的安全起着至关重要的作用。研究蓄压器刹车系统的工作过程,即主液压系统失效后踩刹车时由蓄压器提供刹车液压油至刹车作动筒进行刹车,并进行了蓄压器刹车过程理论计算。利用AMESim建立蓄压器刹车系统模型,模拟在充压和释压过程中的蓄压器工作过程和蓄压器存储的可用油量。根据AMESim仿真模型分析了蓄压器刹车系统在气穴和漏油情况下的工作特点,得出不同情况下蓄压器刹车的有效刹车次数,为民航运输机蓄压器刹车系统的维护提供技术支持,也为保障飞行安全提供技术支持。The accumulator brake is the only form of the brake of civil aviation transport after the failure of the main hydraulic system,which plays a very important role in ensuring the safety of aircraft landing.Firstly,we research the working process of the accumulator brake system.The accumulator provides the hydraulic fluid to the brake actuator when the brake is stepped on after the main hydraulic system fails,and the theoretical calculation of the accumulator brake process is carried out.Secondly,we use the software AMESim to establish the model of the accumulator brake system,and simulate the accumulators work process and the amount of available oil in the process of charging and depressurizing.Thirdly,using the AMESim simulation model,we analyze the accumulator brake's work characteristics under cavitation and oil leakage.Finally,the accumulator brake's effective braking times under different conditions are obtained.This provides technical support for the accumulator brake system's maintenance of civil aviation transport,and also provides technical support for ensuring flight safety.
