摘  要:供油系统工作性能的好坏将直接影响到发动机的工作性能与使用寿命。为了寻找解决供油压力脉动现象的途径,需模拟供油系统典型工作状态下的压力脉动情况。采用理论分析和数值仿真相结合的方法,基于AMESim仿真平台建立供油系统各部件模型,通过仿真结果与实验结果的对比,验证仿真方法的正确性。结果表明溢流阀弹簧预紧力、弹簧钢度和阀座直径均对主供油路压力值及脉动幅值产生影响。计算在溢流阀出口处增设蓄能器的情况,发现主供油路压力脉动程度明显减小,为供油系统的优化提供依据。The performance of oil supply system will directly affect the function and operation life of engine.In order to find a way to solve the pressure pulsation of oil supply,it is necessary to simulate the pressure pulsation in the typical operating state of the system.Using the methods of theory analysis and numerical simulation,we build each component simulation model of aeroengine oil supply system by the AMESim simulation platform.By comparing the simulation results and the experimental results,we verify the correctness of the simulation method.The simulation results show that spring pretightening force,spring stiffness and diameter of valve can affect the pressure of the main oil supply road and the amplitude of the pulsation.The addition of accumulators at the outlet of the relief valve is calculated,and the result shows that the pressure pulsation of the main oil supply road is obviously reduced.It can provide the basis for optimization of oil supply system.
