摘  要:开发了一种能够通过上位机远程监控负载弱电压的系统装置,下位机以STM32为主控,采用闭环结构,当负载不变时,根据电压的设定值与实时值的比较结果,输出具有一定占空比的PWM控制信号,系统达到实时值等于设定值的稳定状态,若负载有变动,系统自动调节控制信号,重新达到稳定状态。通过RS-485通信,支持Modbus-RTU协议,完整地实现了远程控制功能。A system device that can monitor the load weak voltage remotely by upper computer is developed in this paper,and in the lower computer,STM32 is taken as the master control,and the closed-loop structure is adopted.When the load is constant,the PWM control signal possessing certain duty cycle would be output according to the comparison result between the set value and the real-time value of the voltage and the system would achieve the stable state that the real-time value is equal to the set value.If the load changes,the system would automatically regulate the control the signal,and achieve a stable state.The remote control function is completely achieved by supporting MODBUS-RTU agreement through RS-485 communication.
