摘  要:为判定二相混合式步进电机断电状态下的定位平衡点,推导了电机齿槽定位转矩的平衡位置点公式;采用Maxwell 3D有限元法,在静态磁场下对电机进行建模仿真,算得电机在不同转子位置角下的齿槽定位转矩曲线,仿真结果验证了前述推导结论的正确性;试验测得电机齿槽定位转矩幅值和平衡位置点,结果表明上述推导结论和有限元仿真结果的正确性。In order to find out where is the balance position of two phase hybrid stepping motor(HSM)under the conditions of no current in its windings,the balance position of cogging torque was deduced in this paper.The static electromagnetic model of HSM was established by the finite element method(FEM)in the Maxwell 3D.Accordingly,the curve of cogging torque with different rotor positions was acquired by the simulation,and the FEM results showed that the conclusions derived from the formulas were credible.Finally,the amplitude and balance point of cogging torque were obtained by the HSM test.The test results displayed that the front formulas conclusions and the FEM simulation result was valid.
