摘  要:为了满足卫星系统中机械连接的性能需求,提出一种可以保证系统间可靠分离和锁紧的电磁解锁器。利用电磁系统磁路计算原理设计尺寸为54 mm×50 mm×50 mm的电磁解锁器,介绍了结构及工作原理,通过仿真分析了锥角角度、端盖厚度、静铁心长度以及隔磁衬筒长度对其行程-力特性的影响,最终依据理论结果研制了试验样机,试验验证了其锁紧与解锁性能。结果表明:在尺寸条件限制情况下,该机构在温度变化范围为-55℃~175℃,行程为6.5mm时,初始机械分离力均在15N以上,输入功率小于230W,可有效实现分离与锁紧功能。It is necessary to develop a locking and unlocking device for the satellite systems.In this paper,an electromagnetic locking and unlocking device with a dimension of 54 mm×50 mm×50 mm was designed through the principles of magnetic circuit,the structure and working principles were described.Then,the force-displacement characteristic was researched based on magnet simulation software through the analysis of cover plate,conical angle,and magnetic separator.The locking and unlocking performances were tested in the end.Based on the condition of limited size,it shows that the electromagnetic unlocking device can obtain the min initial separation force of 15 N and the input power is less than 230W within the stroke of 6 5 mm with temperature range of-55℃~175℃,which satisfied the design requirements.
