摘 要:介绍了永磁同步电机(PMSM)基于负i_d补偿弱磁控制的基本原理。为了提高永磁同步电机弱磁扩速时整个控制系统的抗负载扰动能力,在其弱磁控制系统中的电流环加入了模糊控制器。同时,针对常规模糊控制器消除静差能力较差的问题,引入了一种模糊控制与PI控制复合控制的方法(Fuzzy-PI),即根据输入信号偏差的变化来时时调节二者的权值大小,在偏差较大时增大模糊控制作用权值以加快响应速度,偏差较小时增大PI控制作用权值以消除静差。仿真结果表明,基于模糊-PI复合控制的弱磁控制系统,其抗负载扰动能力强于普通的PI控制。The theory of the field weakening controlof permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)based on the negative id compensation was introduced.In order to improve the anti load disturbance capability of the whole control system during the field weakening of PMSM,added a fuzzy controller in each current loop of the system.At the same time,for the problem that the conventional fuzzy controller can eliminate the poor static tolerance,a fuzzy control and PI control compound control method(fuzzy PI)was introduced,that was,the weight of them was adjusted according to the change of the input signal deviation value,when the deviation was large,the fuzzy control weight was increased to improve the response speed.When the deviation was small,the PI control weight was increased to eliminate the static difference.The simulation results show that the field weakening control system based on fuzzy PI hybrid control has stronger anti load disturbance ability than ordinary PI control.
