摘　　要：目的分析子宫动脉栓塞(uterine arterial embolization,UAE)治疗难治性产后出血(postpartum hemorrhage,PPH)的疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析2014-01~2016-12在武汉儿童医院(武汉市妇幼保健院)住院分娩的难治性PPH介入治疗的10例患者的临床资料。所有患者经其他保守方法治疗无效后,采用UAE治疗。结果 10例患者均一次性栓塞成功,无远、近期并发症。结论难治性PPH用其他保守治疗无效的情况下,急诊UAE是一种迅速、有效、安全的止血方法。[关键词]难治性;产后出血;Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of uterine arterial embolization(UAE)in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage(PPH).Methods The clinical data of 10 cases with intractable PPH were retrospectively reviewed in Wuhan Children′s Hospital(Wuhan Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital)from January 2014 to December 2016.All the patients were treated with UAE after failure of the other traditional treatment methods.Results All the cases were successfully treated with UAE without complications.Conclusion UAE is a safe and effective method of controlling intractable PPH without serious complications.It is suitable for the patients in case of the failure of the other conservative treatments.
