摘　　要：信号转导及转录激活因子STAT1经激活后能够调节许多参与乳腺癌细胞生长、分化、凋亡及免疫的基因表达。STAT1促进乳腺癌的生长,STAT1具有抑制血管生成和肿瘤转移的能力。研究STAT1基因的表达在乳腺癌的发生、发展和演变中的作用,可以为乳腺癌的诊断和治疗带来新的契机。Signal transducers and activators of transcription 1(STAT1)regulates and involves in the development,differentiation,apoptosis and expression of breast cancer cells when being activated.STAT1 plays a regulating motivating role in the subtype of the breast cancer tissue.The transcription of STAT1 promotes the development of breast cancer cells,and suppresses the angiogenesis and metastasis of the carcinoma cells,which creates a new prospect of diagnosing and treating breast cancer.
