工务“天窗维修”管理问题探析

摘　　要："天窗"是铁路内部营业线施工时使用的一个名词,它是指在铁路运行图内不辅画列车运行线或减少列车运行次数,为铁路维修保养、施工预留的空闲时间。按工作项目分为施工"天窗"和维修"天窗"。"天窗"维修是工务段的日常修,保养修。工务段"天窗"修作业行为对铁路的安全运行有着重大影响。论文通过对工务系统"天窗"维修作业中存在的问题和现象进行原因分析和研究,提出了一些相应的措施。"Skylight"is a term used in railway construction.It refers to do not draw the train line or reduce the number of train runs in the railway operation diagram,it is the free time to be reserved for railway maintenance and construction.According to the work item,it divided into construction"skylight"and maintenance"skylight"."Skylight"maintenance is the daily maintenance of the track maintenance division.The operation behavior of"skylight repair"has great influence on the safety operation of railway.This paper analyzes and studies the problems and phenomena in the work of"skylight maintenance"in the public works system,and puts forward some corresponding measures.
