旬东矿区某矿井建设项目环境影响经济损益分析

摘　　要：环境影响经济损益分析是建设项目实施后,从环境影响的正负两方面,以定性与定量相结合的方式,对建设项目的环境影响后果进行货币化经济损益核算,估算建设项目环境影响的经济价值。论文以旬东矿区某矿井为例,定量预测了该煤矿开发对环境的影响程度和环境经济损益,从环境经济角度对项目建设的可行性进行评估。Economic cost and benefit analysis based on the impact of environmental is after implementation of construction projects,in terms of the positive and negative aspects of the impact of environmental,carrying out the economic profit and loss accounting of the environmental impact of the construction project by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,and estimating the economic value of the environmental impact of the construction project.Taking a mine in Xundong mining area as an example,this paper quantitatively predicts the environmental impact of the coal mine development and the environmental economic profit and loss,and evaluates the feasibility of the project from the perspective of environmental economics.
