摘  要:目的:通过建立山药的红外指纹图谱,来借助红外光谱拥有的指纹特性,以20个山药样品红外指纹图谱中的共有峰率以及变异峰率为指标,经过计算各样品相对于标准品的共有峰率以及变异峰率,而且按照共有峰率和变异峰率的大小建立不同的序列。方法:通过红外光谱仪得到各个样品的红外指纹图谱,并得到各个样品的吸收峰数据,计算出共有峰率和变异峰率。结果:广西的山药样品和河南的山药样品形似度很高,浙江的山药样品变异性很强,与其他产地的山药样品形似度很低。结论:共有峰率以及变异峰率的双指标序列分析法可以对不同产地的山药做出准确、细致而且非常直观的鉴别能力,通过该方法可以准确的对不同产地的山药做出区分。Objective:By establishing the infrared fingerprint of Rhizoma Dioscoreae,taking the common peak rate and variation peak rate in infrared fingerprint of 20 samples of Rhizoma Dioscoreae as the index to calculate the common peak rate and variation peak rate of each sample relative to the standard sample with the help of the fingerprint characteristics of the infrared spectrum.Then,to establish different sequences according to the magnitude of common peak rate and variation peak rate.Methods:The infrared fingerprints of each sample were obtained by infrared spectrometer,and the absorption peak data of each sample were obtained,and the common peak rate and variation peak rate were calculated.Results:The similarity degree of the Rhizoma Dioscoreae samples from Guangxi and Henan was very high,and the variability of Rhizoma Dioscoreae samples from Zhejiang was very strong,which was very low in similarity with Rhizoma Dioscoreae samples from other areas.Conclusion:The double-index sequence analysis method of common peak rate and variation peak rate can be used to identify yam from different producing areas accurately,meticulously and intuitively.By using this method the Rhizoma Dioscoreae from different areas can be accurately distinguished.
