摘　　要：目的:评价丹参注射液联合熊去氧胆酸治疗婴儿肝炎综合征(IHS)的疗效。方法:回顾性分析丹参注射液联合熊去氧胆酸治疗40例婴儿肝炎综合征后对胆汁酸、胆红素、谷氨酰基转移酶等指标的影响,从而了解其保肝降酶等的疗效。结果:丹参注射液联合熊去氧胆酸治疗婴儿肝炎综合征后ALT、TBA、TBIL、DBIL、γ-GT指标均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液联合熊去氧胆酸能显著改善肝功能,对治疗胆汁淤积临床疗效好。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of danshen jnjection and ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of Infantile Hepatitis Syndrome(IHS).Methods:Effects of danshen injection combined with ursodeoxycholic acid on indices of bile acid,bilirubin and glutamyl transpeptidase in 40 cases of Infants Hepatitis Syndrome were retrospectively analyzed in order to understand the effect of protecting liver and lowering enzymes.Results:ALT,TBA,TBIL,DBIL,γ-GT index were significantly lowered in the treatment of Infantile Hepatitis Syndrome with danshen injection combined with ursodeoxycholic acid(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danshen injection combined with ursodeoxycholic acid can significantly improve liver function and is effective in the treatment of cholestasis.
