品管圈活动在提高门诊抽血室护士手卫生合格率中的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过品管圈活动提高门诊抽血室护士手卫生合格率。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,通过主题选定法确定以"提高门诊抽血室护士手卫生合格率"为活动主题,查找出影响手卫生合格率的不良因素,分析原因,拟定相应对策,采取有效的措施进行质量持续改进。结果:我院门诊抽血室护士手卫生不合格例数,由活动前的187例下降至活动后的6例,护理团队凝聚力、沟通能力、品管圈运用水平均有明显提高。结论:通过品管圈活动,能有效提高门诊抽血护士手卫生合格率,提高护理服务质量,提高患者满意度。Objective:To improve the hand hygiene qualified rate of the nurses in outpatient clinic blood cell by quality control circle activity.Method:The quality control circle activity group was set up to determine the theme of"improving the qualified rate of hand of nurses in outpatient blood drawing room"through theme selection method,to find out the adverse factors that affect the passing rate of hand hygiene,to analyze the reasons,to formulate corresponding measures and to adopt effective measures for continuous improvement of quality.Results:The numbers of unqualified hand hygienic cases of nurses in outpatient blood sampling room decreased from before the activity to 6 after the activity.The cohesiveness,communication ability and the skill of using quality control circle of the nursing team were also significantly improved.Conclusion:The hand hygienic qualified rate of nurses in blood room,qualification of nursing and satisfaction of patients can be significantly improved by launching quality control circle using activity.
