术前12 h口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液在小儿肠镜检查前肠道准备中的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察复方聚乙二醇电解质溶液在术前晚睡前(术前12 h)口服用于小儿肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果。方法:于2016年4-10月将拟上午行肠镜检查的120例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组术前晚睡前(术前12 h)服用复方聚乙二醇电解质溶液,对照组术日晨(术前6 h)服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液,比较两组患儿的肠道清洁度、患儿依从性及不良反应发生率。结果:两组患儿的肠道准备清洁度比较差异无统计学意义(x^2=1.365,P=0.243);观察组患儿肠道准备过程中的依从性优良率96.7%明显高于对照组的依从性优良率85.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.904,P=0.027);观察组患儿的不良反应发生率6.67%显著低于对照组的不良反应发生率20.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.615,P=0.032)。结论:术前晚睡前(术前12 h)口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液进行小儿肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果满意,家属和患儿接受度高,不良反应发生率低,可作为小儿肠镜检查前的肠道准备方法在临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the effects of oral administration of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on bowel preparation before 12 hour for children colonoscopy.Method:120 cases will be morning endoscopic check from April to October 2016 were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group was given compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution preoperative before going to bed late(before 12 h),the control group was given complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder solution preoperative 6 h.The intestinal cleanliness,children adherence and incidence of side effect of two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the intestinal preparation cleanliness of the two groups(χ2=1.365,P=0.243).The compliance rate of the observation group in the process of bowel preparation was 96.7%obviously better than the control group of 85.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.904,P=0.027).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 6.67%significantly lower than the the control group of 20.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.615,P=0.032).Conclusion:Preoperative before going to bed late(before 12 h)oral solution complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on infantile bowel preparation before colonoscopy examination of the effect is satisfied,families and children accept degree is high,the low incidence of adverse reactions,could be used for infantile bowel preparation before colonoscopy examination in clinical application.
