摘　　要：文章通过分析四川省气象信息广域网络升级改造完成后气象信息网络监控工作中存在的问题,引入了VB.NET和Telnet协议等技术,实现省—市—县三级网络基于OSPF路由的网络监控和告警,并通过手机短信的方式和运营商实现网络故障自动申报,有效的解决了原来各地市级系统管理员投入业务运行的依靠ICMP报文的方式实现地市级网络监控、告警、故障申报存在的不足,极大的减轻了地市级系统管理员的工作强度,提高了网络管理和维护工作的效率。The Sichuan Provincial Meteorological Information wide area network analysis after the completion of the transformation of meteorological information network monitoring work in the presence of upgrading,introduced vb.net and telnet protocol,realization of province city county level 3 network based on OSPF routing network monitoring and warning,and through the way of text messages and operators to achieve network fault declaration automatic,effectively solve the around the original municipal system administrator investment operations rely on ICMP packets to achieve municipal network monitoring,alarm and fault reporting problems,greatly reduce work intensity of city administrator and improve the network management and the efficiency of maintenance work.
