摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,医学领域的改革不断深化,医学人才的培养体制策略也做出了相应的改变以适应日益发展变化的社会。了解培养体制改革后的现状及问题,对于进一步优化培养社会需要的人才具有重要的意义。本文阐述了当前我国医学博士研究生的培养现状,分析存在的问题,为我国医学博士培养提出几点建议,对培养社会需要的医学人才提供了一定的参考和指导。With the development of economy and society,the reformation in medical field has been deepening,and the training system of medical talents has also been changed to adapt to the changing society.It is of great significance to understand the present situation and problems of the reformation in culturing system.This review expounds the current status of medical doctoral training in our country,analyses the existing problems and put forward some suggestion for our country,M.D.,Ph.D.,fostering,providing a certain reference and guidance to the train of medical talents that social needs.
