摘　　要：近年来,随着我国对外开放进入深水区,作为社会文化思潮前沿的高校校园文化也呈现出多彩纷呈的景象。高校亚文化的丰富与拓展对现有传统校园文化的建设发展造成了不同程度的影响,一方面表现为通过相互促进的方式,进一步丰富了校园文化的内涵与表现形式、契合了当前日益提升的大学生身心需求;另一方面又呈现出阻碍或削弱高校主旋律文化的主导、引领地位,弱化了高校思想政治教育工作效果。因此,合理利用高校亚文化对高校校园文化的积极作用,减少或消除高校亚文化所产生的消极影响作用是现阶段高校校园文化建设进程中的关键。In recent years,with China's opening-up into key stage,university campus culture as the frontline of social and cultural trend is presenting unusually brilliant spectacles.Enrichment and expansion of university subculture has brought about different degrees of impact on the construction and development of current traditional campus culture.On one hand,it embodies in further enriching the connotation and pattern of manifestation,according with college students'ever-increasing mental and physical demands by means of mutual promotion.On the other hand,showing its leading and dominant role of impeding or impairing universities'thematic culture,and further weakened the effect of ideological and political education work.Thus,the key in the process of university campus cultural construction at the present stage is to reasonably take advantage of the positive role of university subculture on university campus culture,reduce or eliminate the negative influence of university subculture.
