摘　　要：高校基层工会"职工小家"的建设工作不仅是高校教师幸福指数提升的重要依据,更是高校工作稳定发展的有力抓手。本文主要围绕高校在基层"职工小家"建设过程中存在的问题进行阐述,并以上海海洋大学食品学院为例,提出"职工小家"创新建设的新模式与新思路。The construction of"Staff Members'Small Families"of labor union in college basic level at universities is not only an important basis for the promotion of teachers'happiness index at universities,but also a powerful starting point for the steady development of university.In this paper,the main problem on the construction of"Staff Members'Small Families"of Labor union in College Basic Level at Universities were introduced,which took College of food science&technology in Shanghai Ocean University as an example,the new mode of Staff Members'Small Families were also put forward.
